Description: Though the Blood Flagon has requested a parlay, with the Spymaster; Dahlia has been able to find out little about who they will be meeting. When you meet with the Pirate Captain’s representative to set the meeting, try to trip him up and reveal his name. If you can find his real name, you may be able to take it to Finneas to better track the man’s movements.

The recent audiences with the King seemed to primarily focus on the circumstances of a young woman found in the Spiritwood forest by one of the Purple Guardians of Honor. Senator Katherine Belle Elle of the Guardians gave a detailed statement describing how she found and tried to help the woman only for two members of the nobility in Britain to arrive at that exact spot through magical means and attempt to take the woman. The Senator claimed to have stepped aside eventually for fear of doing more harm to the distressed woman then whatever the nobles had planned. The named nobles, Merida and Armand of Britain, provided statements to the King but were unfortunately not available during the audience.

When asked to speak on the matter, Corinna of the Rangers of Spiritwood brought a concern to the King about Royal Britannian Guards acting outside their jurisdiction without informing other units. She also expressed concern over the fact that Umbra and Britain share the same leadership, claiming that there was little distinction between the two cities.

The King has stated that he will arrange a time to speak to the young woman in question in order to clear up the conflicting reports on this matter. Also brought before the King was a request for a blood and healing supply drive to benefit the Guards, a possible connection between a prisoner of the Rangers and the thieves that Investigator Thorpe is investigating, and plans for the new Guard structure to include a unit made strictly of healers.

Governor Ryno Reno of Yew reported a few citizens have received nibbles from

Larry’s friends. An offer was made to Governor Methos of Moonglow of a few of

Larry’s friends for the Moonglow Zoo.

Governor Ryno expressed his dismay of Yew not offering a dock for citizens.

Governor Sky Captain of Skara Brae reported the Royal Architects have completed

the new Governors Office. You may now visit the new office located next to the

Skara Brae Community Center.

He was disappointed to report in order to build the new office the Skara Brae

Hopscotch court had to be removed.

Governor Methos of Moonglow is looking into naval races between cities at the end

of the month. He expressed his dismay over the zoo collection and lack of

residents on the island. There are several ideal vacation spots available to those

looking for a quiet home.

Governor Leeda of Trinsic reported the crystal at the Trinsic Bank was still normal.

She had investigated the changes of the Britain crystal and the Disciple of Vaeg.

Governor A.J. Jameson of Minoc reported the rebuilding of Minoc was slowly

progressing after the invasion of spiders.

Governor Lord Elwood of New Magincia reported the guard stationed at the crystal

in New Magincia had been killed in action by Vaeg’s minions last night. The crystal

is normal now but requested another guard be sent.

The Governor Dreamy of Britain sent a note of the BOE/COO Blackthorn’s Dungeon

event on Saturday August, 16th, 8PM EST. They will be fighting Captains and their

forces all night or until fighter forces dwindle.

Lastly King Blackthorn reported on the completion of the Royal Guard

Headquarters and the Royal Guard Crafters completing armor for the battle against

Vaeg.

King Blackthorn will place guards at the crystal in Britain and for the Disciple of

Vaeg.

Any odd or strange happenings are to be reported to the Royal Guard

Headquarters immediately. Please be on the alert for Vaeg and his minions across

the land.

King Blackthorn adjourned the meeting.

There will be a summit at Bordermarch on Friday, August 15th, at 9:00 p.m. CDT.

Attendees shall depart from the Castle Blackthorn Council Room. All are invited to attend.

The Exodus Encounter

The Forty-seventh Exodus Encounter will be next Sunday.

We gathering at West Britain Bank and Leaving at 20:30 CEST.

Be sure to read all about the Summoning of Exodus : Here

If you can, try to make sure you have at least 3 of the 4 Keys. (Robe,Dagger, Rite).

Each group only needs 1 altar but need the other 3 keys for everyone else.

We will gather as many extra keys we can before Sunday to pass around if needed.

The Week-end Madness

The Moonglow Marines made the seas a little bit safer on Friday.

Saturday a small group of brave warriors faced the Lord in dungeon Despise.

We had a meeting with EM Borbarad on Sunday at the counselors hall.

It was not a happy meeting because we had to talk about the lost of a valuable member of our community a few days ago.

Nachteule has moved on to a different place.

We discussed to have a memorial stone for him and a special event.

EM Borbarad requested to contact him to tell him where a good place for the memorial stone would be for Nachteule and how it should look like.

The memorial stone and a event in Nachteule honor will be held on Sunday the 24th of August at 20:00 CEST.

It would be really great that a lot of people come to this event to give this tribute for Nachteule.
