Goodman’s Rune Library Updates Thanks to Some Very Generous Gifts

June 10, 2012 By: petra Category: Community News

Over the past few weeks Goodman’s Rune Library has been working hard to update the runes to reflect the new revamped dungeons of Wrong, Covetous & Shame. I would like to thank the Citizens of Atlantic for their patience during this remodeling.

Over the next few weeks this should all be completed but in the meantime please use caution using books that still refer to old monsters or locations.

Goodman’s Rune Library is happy to announce the addition of two very important collections added during this phase of updating.

The first Collection is a large amount of quest and skill books from the Asgoroth Keep Rune Library & Merchant Shop. Sadly this past winter, the Asgoroth Keep fell along with many other homes in the Great Fall.

Fortunately a large part of the collection was saved and donated to Goodman’s Rune Library where they have been combined with existing runebooks to create an exceptional guide section. Lady Lillianth’s hard work and dedication is now preserved and the Asgoroth Rune Library will not be forgotten.

The Skill Guides can be found on the 3rd floor and the Quest Guides can be found on the 2nd Floor in display cases. Some books were lost but new guides will be created in the coming weeks. Mats & Signs have been added all over the library to help navigate the new sets and the old sets.

I wish to thank everyone who donated guides, mats, signs & advice. Your generosity has been greatly appreciated.

The second Collection has been generously donated from the Village of Kijustsu Anei of Chesapeake.

This collection is the first new Treasure map set since the addition of random maps. It is a comprehensive collection of books that will get you close to your treasure map no matter where it is in the world.

The runebooks are a pioneer set as was Goodman’s Mining set or Lady Tang’s Animal set. The Kijustsu Anei set has a full set of maps found here http://goo.gl/E5bNb (google shortlink case sensitive) and will take you to a spot on any landmass or facet close to your treasure map.

The new Treasure Map set can be found on the 2nd floor. The old Treasure Map books can still be found in white wooden chests next to the new set for those of you still wishing to access it.

The collection was an incredible amount of work and the following people put many hours in to create it.

Lord Gareth of the Britannia Mage Tower, Kijustsu Anei Village
WildStar of Baja and Chesapeake, Kingdom of Dawn & Kijustsu Anei Village
Shadefox Of Europa, Wintergarden Retreat Art and Rune Library [WoY]
Angelica of Angelica’s Attic, Moria Village
Dreadlord Lestat, Guild Leader Lost Treasure Acquisitions, Port Ethereal Keys
Pooper of Alien Beings Guild, Area 51 Township
Big John, Co-Guild Leader of Punishment In The System
Vad of Alien Beings Guild, Area 51 Township
Lord Cheever, Guild Leader of Knights of Shriad, Kijustsu Anei Village
Bishop, Guild Leader of Empire of Valor, Kijustsu Anei Village
Mr Clean, Guild Leader of Friends Seeking Halibut, Kijustsu Anei Village

On behalf of Goodman’s Rune Library & the Citizens of Atlantic, I wish to express my humble thanks to Gareth and the people of Kijustsu Village & Chesapeake for such a tremendous gift to the Citizens of Atlantic.
