Some Players Unable to Connect to Ultima Online: Official Update

With severe weather and damage in Virginia, the UO Team updated the official UO Facebook page and we pass this along to the UO community at Stratics:

“Due to severe storms last night we are still experiencing some outages and our Customer Service ticket response may be delayed. Please bear with us. Thank you for your patience.”

 

We will continue to update news and include our hopes that everyone is safe and staying cool in the Eastern US heat!

    Can get on game…keeps telling me that i can’t connect to server…is it down?

    ive been back less than 2 months and this is the 2nd time the servers are down i know extreme weather is not your fault but im kinda getting frustrated with this. lat time you gave out sleeping hamsters and didnt even get one of those. like i said extreme weather is not your fault but i do pay for this service over the years im sure ive paid thousands of dollars to you . please fix this as soon as you can
