Reminder: Housing Decay Reactivated in 2012

We expect to have housing decay turned on by the beginning of next year. We are going to start giving everyone a warning, this being the second of several you will see. Please take the necessary steps to secure your house before its turned back on.

I am so curious about the plans to reactivate the house decay -questions arise such as when decay is active will inactive account houses automatically go into decay or will the 3 month thing start at that time? will house decay rules change or stay as they were? will houses owned by the old game masters who did not link their account finally fall? or are they protected by the ruling against ea even if they never link?
