We are pleased to announce a collaboration with Mesanna and Dropixel to help answer account management issues.  Dropixel will be able to answer your questions and direct you to the right path in our new Account Management FAQ and Info forums found here.

The account management forums are set to moderated posts for a few reasons:

* To make sure the question is posted in the right area

* To make sure no personal information is inadvertently shared

* To make sure the comments and questions are stated in a respectful manner so all can benefit from the answers

These forums are just one more avenue to help the UO community address concerns they have regarding their accounts. Many thanks to Mesanna and Dropixel for making themselves available in this way.
