Bugged Character Transfer Issues

Greetings Everyone,

We have resolved the issue that caused the bug with the incomplete character transfers.  If you have a incompleted transfer that you are unable to unpack please page a GM.  If your character transfer has not completed the cycle please do not panic we have not turned it back on yet.  We hope to have it back on by Monday.  I will post again on Monday and give you an update on when we might be able to turn it back on.

    I still cannot log on to Atlantic–my character transfer started 4/29 (or 4/28??) I can log on to the destination shard (GL) so the transfer is not pending but when I try to access Atlantic I am told it is.

    That’s > a week of service I’ve been paying for without getting it…and paying for 2 accounts but can’t use the secondary without the primary!

    Please resolve this issue or at least let me know what’s up! I have a pretty advanced character on the line, lots of gold etc. but besides that I can’t really play at all.

    This is Monday the 5th and transfers are still not working, and we haven’t had an update about when they might be up… any idea now? it is kinda ruining the chances of some of us taking items to Atlantic and selling items to earn gold for the rares fest…
