EA & Mythic Password ResetReturn to: Technical Information
In order to reset your password you must first understand which type of account you are resetting the password for. EA Accounts, Mythic Master Accounts, and Mythic Product Accounts all have separate individual passwords. All of which you can reset at your leisure.
To reset your EA Account password:
*Please visit the Mythic Account Center, https://accounts.eamythic.com/
* Click on the “Forgot your EA Account password?” link. This will redirect you to the EA.com page.
*At the EA.com page you need to enter the email you use to log into your EA Account in order to change its password.
*If you do not have an EA account, you will need to create one at EA.com using the same email on the account.
To reset your Mythic Master Account password to allow for linking a Mythic Account to your EA Account:
*Please visit the account center, https://accounts.eamythic.com/
* Select the “Forgot your Mythic Account Password?” link.
*Input the Mythic Master Account name in question and an email will be sent to the email associated with that account, containing a link to reset your password. (please note that the Master account name is [whatever_uo] while the product account is [whatever]).
To link your account:
*Go to EA.com, create an EA profile with the email associated with your account
*Go to the account management page <https://accounts.eamythic.com/> and login using your EA profile credentials.
*Once logged in to the account management page, click on “Link Accounts”
*Plug in your Master Account name and Password Reset
*Click “Link” then “Continue”
To reset your Product Account or In Game Login password:
*Log into the Mythic Account Center, https://accounts.eamythic.com/ Log into the account center using your EA Account name and password
*Select whichever Master Account has the Product Account in question in it from the “Current Account” Drop Down menu.
*Scroll down the webpage until you locate the Product Account whose password you wish to change.
*Select the “Change Password” button located at the lower left corner of that Product Account. This will direct you to a page where you may set a new password for your In-game Login.
