EM Event: The Clurichaun or Clobhair is….
From the Sonoma EM Events website …
…a distant cousin to the leprechaun. Some folklorists describe the clurichaun as a night “form” of the leprechaun, who goes out to drink after finishing his daily chores. He is about the same size as a Leprechaun, but prefers red clothing (not green like his cousin). Instead of protecting a pot of gold, the Clurichaun is a protector of wine – cellars, vineyards, etc. The Clurichaun could be considered one of the few quite benevolent faeries, as he will bless some homes with his guardianship over their wine stock; however, you have to watch that he doesn’t partake in too much of the stock! Once he gets too much spirits in him he gets surly and enjoys a good boxing bout
The Clurichaun will choose a house of his liking, move in and make himself the guardian of the wine cellar or wine stock. If a Clurichaun moves into your wine cellar, be sure to thank him and never treat him poorly or he will make your entire wine stock go bad. If you treat them well they will protect your wine cellar.
Recently several Clurichaun think they have been treated poorly. They had been protecting the grapes or Yew but we all know raiders have been burning the field. They have banded together and seek mischief. I saw them and they agreed to settle this like (3 feet tall) men.
Realizing the advantage they have over us they ask that you form teams of 4-6 and meet at the Malas Arena. A gate will be provided for you from Luna.
