Egil, presumed leader of the Confederacy for a Unified Sosaria, released this statement:“The Royal Guard’s recent incursion into Ilshenar was deplorable! Can their thirst for blood never be quenched? A village of intelligent, sentient beings… Mothers, fathers, children, an organized and structured society; brutally slaughtered as cattle! Some Guards went so far as to engage in acts of perversion! Does their barbarism know no bounds?The Confederacy for a Unified Sosaria has pledged itself to protecting such beings. A multi-racial contingent, evidence of the ways in which CIVILIZED beings can cooperate, responded to the scene. Unfortunately these brave and selfless Confederate souls were struck down by the overwhelming force of vile brigands in the Guard.

All citizens knowledgeable in the ways of explosives and alchemy are needed. In a recent Guard raid in Ilshenar, a particularly dense stone was found blocking the pathway to a cave. The Royal Guard has officially requested the aid of the Mage Tower, and Nimrad the alchemist, in devising an explosive capable of destroying the barricade. Unfortunately their concoction used at Serpent Isle, a directional charge, is not suitable.Submit your explosion recipes, along with the ingredients and a book explaining your device, to the Trammel Mage Tower mailbox. Nimrad will be evaluating and testing these recipes, to determine which is the most powerful.Spellcasters and alchemists completing this task, who are NOT already full members of the Royal Guard, will be considered for future membership in the Mage Tower organization (In other words, use a character that isn’t a Private or higher in the Guard).

GUARD RAID

Recent reports from Royal Guard in the field seem to indicate a Confederate involvement in the recent L-Ag outbreak. The Second Lieutenant has requested First Sergeant Clemons lead an incursion into Ilshenar for answers.

Clemons had this to say on the matter: “It’s time to rough up some criminals, Guards. So pack your knuckledusters!”

This one comes down straight from the Captain of the Guard. There are several missions planned on the books, now, and he wants to make sure his most dedicated Guardsman are in shape before the marching orders.Join Corporal Kimmel this Sunday morning, at Castle Britannia for drills! Some basics will be knocked out early, to get everyone back into the swing of things, before moving on to some proper marching practice. The Captain understands that some will not be able to make it on this most particular of days, so any who cannot are excused.

Nimrad has informed us that he will have the antidote completed the end of the month, he asks that everyone meet at the West Brit Bank, there he will gate you to a more private location. He asks that the evil Clemons not come, also he states he will report the good behaviour, since the only EVIL guard is Mr. Clemons, to the nice guards like Sir Geoffery or The Second Lt., or that corporal guy that was promoted because people couldn’t say his name.
