Account Safety Reminder II

Three weeks ago, we posted a reminder about account safety and mentioned the option to set up a secret word to add extra security to your account. The secret word will identify you as the true owner of the account in case your details got lost or changed.
- If you don’t have a secret word, you should go to the account center and add it to your account right now.
- If you don’t remember your secret word, send an to email [email protected], supply them with your account name, email address, cc info, and any other information (e.g. game codes), and request to have the secret word changed.
Please make sure that nobody else knows this word.
Greetings, I have instructed the members of my Squad within my Guild, The Syndicate, to either Add or Reset their Secret Word as you have suggested in your Account Safety Reminder. Several have contacted me and said they have been unable to find a way to do this. I logged in to my Master Account and did in fact find no way to Add or Reset a Secret Word. Could you post a clarification on how this is done, and if the option slipped through the cracks, let us know when we could expect this type of Option. I’ve seen a lot of people complaining on the boards about the same problem so I’m sure the greater UO Community would like the info as well. Thank you very much.
