Unfortunatly, there are not that many nice places to build. But just on the other side of the canal there, there is more open land.

So the inhabitants started by buying 3 boats. They extened the gangplans of one, and blocked it in with the other two. and *presto* the city was now larger.

They kept at it so long, that the Gods finally recognized their efforts and built them a permanent bridge. You can’t see it in the photo, but it even has a stone roof over it so you can enjoy the view even in the rain, and not get wet.
