The month of May brings another Big Fish Angling Tournament on Legends.  This months fish will be Regular Big Fish.  Weigh Ins will be held at 9pm EST on the 31st.  Get out there and haul in the largest one you possibly can.  EM Helios has been known to hand out some pretty unique rewards….in case you needed some motivation.

Attention all Legends Tamers!!  For the month of May the pet battles will take place on the 31st at 9pm EST.  Giant Beetles are the pet of choice.  Look for EM Helios to open gates leading to the tournament.  See you all there.

Reports just in have the team of treasure map hunters from Legends, known as the Gold Diggers, defeating the challengers from Catskills.  In another close competition the Gold Diggers raced home victorious again making this their third straight victory in the Cross Shard Treasure Hunting Championship.  Three wins in a row marks the longest streak yet by a team in the Cross Shard T-Hunt’s history.  Great effort from the Catskills team who pushed Legends but came up just short this time.  Congratulations Gold Diggers, enjoy the treasure!

The Legends Treasure Hunters have received a challenge from Chesapeake and will defend its Cross Shard Treasure Hunting Championship on April 22nd at 8:30pm EST located on TC1.  Everyone is encouraged to come watch but don’t be late or you might miss the action as the Legends team has proven to be quite quick with their execution.  Hope to see everyone there.

EM Helios has announced that this months pet battles will take place on the 29th at 9pm EST.  All are welcome to participate or spectate, gates usually open at the EM Hall in Britain a few minutes before the tournament starts.  This months pet of choice is the Dread Mare.

Mesanna in a hot little number!

Mesanna made a quick stop on Legends to hold an open discussion with the players.  She was looking for input on the beastial suits and their effect on PvP.  She welcome all ideas on possible fixes and or the idea of removing them completely from PvP.  Several ideas were tossed around and many players spoke their minds.  Mesanna left by saying that any further input or anything anyone may need to discuss with her to please email her at barmstrong@ea.com.

Emilio the Lucky Leprechaun stopped into Legends this year for Saint Patrick’s Day.

Emilio brought with him some interesting things as he danced and
*poofed* his way around Legends.  Emilio was elusive but rather friendly, a characteristic that his cousins lacked.  As most of us know catching a leprechaun leaves him no choice but to give up his gold.  Soon a complete Britannia wide search was underway as players searched for Emilio, rainbows and a pot of gold.  Players were met with Emilio’s cousins, who were rather ill tempered and did not give up there gold by simply being caught but rather by being defeated in battle.

 Finding them was sometimes difficult but getting to them was even harder as they were usually surrounded by a mob of elementals.  Large waves of players met with these crazed leprechauns and their mobs all throughout the night.  All the crazed leprechauns were eventually defeated and Emilio departed to hopefully return next year.  Hope everyone had a great Saint Patrick’s Day.

The raider attacks upon several cities have continued and many throughout the lands have united in defense.  The towns most loyal citizens are the ones who defend it most frequent.  As the attack have seemed to be random some clues may have emerged through the raids.

 After a raid on the town of Yew Armondo Pascal discovered an object that may reveal times and or dates of future attacks.  The motive for the attacks is still unclear but we know the raiders are connected in pitting the towns against each other as players choose which towns they are loyal too.  Further studies of the object left behind by the raiders will hopefully produce more information.

There have been several reports of hostile raider attacks on many major cities including Trinsic and Jhelom.  Reports indicate that a group of raiders may have abducted the mayor of Jhelom.  Jhelom officials conducted an investigation on the abduction which revealed that the raiders may have come from or recently inhabited Trinsic.  Further investigation within the city of Trinsic seemed to have caused a rift between the two cities.

  Shortly after a small verbal confrontation between city officials in Trinsic raiders swarmed the city.  Other similar attacks have been reported throughout several other towns and cities.

 The motive for the attacks is unknown but the rift it has caused between some of the cities is very apparent.  Beware of any attacks near your home city and report all suspicious activity.  Defend yourself at all costs but town officials are asking that the raiders be taken alive and held in town jails for further questioning.

A spirited group of Legends travelers led by Armondo Pascal have created a vaccine for the infestation of the Bal’Thron Scales.  Over the past few days several ingredients were gathered in an effort to create a substance to combat some of the effects of the Bal’Thron Scales.  Teyrn the Mythical Healer of Jhelom introduce some ingredients and instructions that could help create this substance.

Armondo and his pup Franchesco led the group on a rather long journey by foot to a location in the solen hives west of Trinsic.

Inside the cave was a large instrument or mill that would be used to create the curing substance.  Those who successfully gathered the three ingredients dumped them into the instrument and they were mixed together.   Armondo used some of the substance to cure the crowd and mixed the rest into a small pond next to the mill.

After the journey the group gathered at a distant beach where they enjoyed their accomplishments and were honored as Defenders of Jhelom.
